HOMEWORK: In addition to sending a healthy snack and water bottle each day, the most important thing you can for your child is to provide daily, supervised homework time.
Homework should take no more than 40 minutes per night. Your child is responsible for bringing homework home, completing it and bringing it back. Homework is a re-enforcement of concepts learned in school--NOT new material. It’s also a way for you to see what we’re learning. Homework is critical for your child’s academic success, so allow time every night.
